eshaq786 Posted May 7, 2004 Share Posted May 7, 2004 im planning on setting up a wireless network but i want to know how would i get my signal from a router (prefrebly the new 100mb super G speeds) to a pc which is one road away from me - approximately 200 metres. i want to share a 3mb broadband via telewest cable braodband and also share files. should i use one of those omni directional arials? will this be enough to send the signal and would i be able to recieve a signal back from the card or does the card in the pc of my friend have to be quite powerful and/or connected to an external arial. any help is apreciated.
