This is a prediction based on the recent tragic events and the fact that the Australian Stock Exchange's (ASX) main indicie the All Ordinaries, went down an unusal 5% in one day! And the Nikkei dropped 5% also! I hope the Dow Jones doesn't crash, but it is looking imminent ! :( Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

aco Veteran Posted September 17, 2001 Author Veteran Share Posted September 17, 2001 Unfortunately my prediction was right :( I am wathcing CBS live in Australia and the Dow Jones has dropped 480 points in 30 mins. It was down 280 but in one minute it just dropped dramatically, down another 200 points. Even the TV hosts couldn't believe the drop and they paused after seeing the figures...
