hmm maybe you're right opio, when I open the disc image in isobuster all I see is 'track01' under session, no individual files show up. Is that normal? I'll try iso2bin again later..

it is normal .. coz its in Mac format .. ISO-buster cant see those files .. thats why I told u to extract it raw.

did you try reinstalling OS X ?

heres an App that I made .. using this u can make HD images .. try this .. after installing if you still cant boot then use my fixboot method.

Thats what I did ..and it worked fine ..

Thanks, but none of that stuff worked.

I'm using Panther 10.3. I am able to mount the bin/cue I created and read it using MacDrive, but when I convert it to ISO using bin2iso, the emulator doesn't like it...

I'm guessing it's my disc image...

I have my config file paths correct, as far as the .img and .iso go, but I can't seem to get past a blank black screen in pearpc. the pearpc blue logo doesnt even appear. Anyone willing to lend a hand? :)

what version of pearpc are you using ?

ok i've tried to install osx for the first time... :), i got it all working , loading etc..but when it comes to the language selection.. and i press F12 to use the cursor, it dont move...!!!!!

ive got the usb mx700, ive tried reloading it (ie restart pearpc) and i still cant get it to work..!?!?

    • Absolutely NOBODY has suggested such a conclusion. I am affirming the sober reality check that AV2's overall market adoption will take longer than AV1's adoption rate -- which, by the way, is the whole point of the article! While PCI-SIG is productive (on paper), other WGs have created all sorts of confusing progress plans that consumers have tuned-out of their improvements... HTML/W3C, USB, HDMI, BT, WIFI (ieee802.11) as a few other groups where spec naming conventions, split progress paths, overlapping ambitions... I'm not critiquing the AV specs group; I'm simply affirming that adoption for AV2 faces headwinds beyond the macroeconomics of it all.
