tiddlie
Ok this might not be possible but i heard with some serious cooling you can overclock the frequency of an adsl modem / splitter to get extra speed out of it seen as this would increase the clarity of signal. ie if i could up the frequency from 60hz to 70hz. Anyone got any experience in this?
Keldyn
The speed of your connection is regulated by your ISP. It is impossible to "overclock" your modem to achieve higher throughput. Assuming it were possible however, your ISP would shut you down so quickly. I'm pretty sure that would constitute a breach of their TOS.
