**1MB WARNING**

Enjoy ;)

p/s: Oh, if you can't find the download link, press the 'X' on the top right of your screen to close that annoying pop-up. Cheers :)

Dude, if people want I can host that for ya, I know everyone hates Megaupload so..ya just let me know.

Thanks TDM, I'll ask you to host if there's any request for it :)

p/s: is it just me, or the foobar fascination seems pretty dead in here at the moment..

I think it's because of the lack of new addons being made. Most people are waiting for 0.9 to be made final and for the SDK to be released before they start making new addons for it.

Just wait till 0.9 gets released and the addons get ported over and this thread will take off again.

True, just try to use 0.9 beta, there are not many components working so its really stupid.

But most annoying is that there is no info about progress and when the final will be out

I just hope it will be soon

I've downloaded some custom buttons at http://foobar.nub4life.net/columns/pafiled...tion=file&id=54

and i've got an maybe silly  problem all those buttons are with an mouse hover style that is added to the png/bmp-file but foobar displays all those buttons instead of using the duplicated ones as hover animation I'm using WinXP and i don't know the problem

I've seen some foobar2000 configurations with a rating column in the playlist so my question is how can i do this? i've downloaded the plugin quick tag SQl which should be a rating plugin but i don't knoq how to integrate this in the playlist has somebody the code because i've no idea of it :shiftyninja:  :shiftyninja:

Very nice. Is that using foo_tunes? Can you give any more details of what you used?

foo_tunes? nah

its foobar 0.8.3, columns_ui, columns uie album art, album list, and my own columns ui config..

visual style for the brushed look, and an aqua toolbar i think i picked up in this thread - ive changed my config totally since this screenshot though, eheh

Has anybody experience with the plugin foo_quicktag_sql.dll? It's a rating plugin and my problem is the integration of the rating function into the playlist as it's usually in the Windows Media Player, because i have no idea of the code in foobar2000. :shiftyninja:  :shiftyninja:

Because of the pic (I don't find the original post so i quote that) :D is the secound regulator an volume control ? if yes then how did you do that i thought the only possibility to regulate the volume in foobar is via the integrated windows volume control (which is very uncomfortable) ?

Very effective and nice combination. That brushed look is even better than the real iTunes.

BTW I read that foo_tunes is now discontinued as it causes crashes (I tried it here and it certainly did cause crashes).

As a general comment/question, I've noticed that the slider in the 'seek' bar ('scrub' bar? timeline?) is the standard slider in the VS. I wonder if there is any foo plugin which replaces that seek bar with a better one (e.g. with graduations, timings etc) - must research ...

    • No, "a great deal" for 32GB of DDR5 is $50, not $350. I mean I see what you mean, that it's a decent price compared to what's currently available, but you really should put a disclaimer in this articles explaining that it's still multiple times more expensive than it used to be.
    • Linux 7.1 stable launch looms as Linus Torvalds releases the final release candidate by Paul Hill Linus Torvalds has just released what’s expected to be the final release candidate of Linux 7.1, rc7. The Linux founder said that this RC is not small, but smaller than recent releases, which is a good sign because he expects the stable version to drop next week if things continue on this trajectory. Linux kernels see a merge window for the first two weeks of their life, where developers add new features, then there are about seven or eight weeks of release candidates before the stable version. Typically, there are seven release candidates, but if more time is needed, then an eighth release candidate is released too. This week’s RC’s biggest area of fixes was for GPUs, with networking just behind. Torvalds said that the rest of the release was “pretty random and spread out” with some architecture fixes, driver fixes, filesystem improvements, and build fixes for more unusual configs. In terms of specific pieces of hardware receiving improvements in this update, we had more AMD Zen6 models supported and fixes for AMD SDMA 7.1 and GFX11. Hardware that got improvements includes Lenovo laptops, HONOR laptops, and MSI laptops. Here are the changelogs for those: ASoC: amd: acp: Add DMI quirk for Lenovo Yoga Pro 7 15ASH11 Input: atkbd - add DMI quirk for Lenovo Yoga Air 14 (83QK) Input: atkbd - skip deactivate for HONOR BCC-N's internal keyboard ASoC: amd: yc: Add MSI Raider A18 HX A9WJG to quirk table ASoC: amd: yc: Enable internal mic on MSI Bravo 17 C7VF When the stable Linux 7.1 is released, it will be up to distribution maintainers, such as Canonical and Red Hat, to release the update to their users via the update manager. Some versions of Linux will get it before others, and some will never get it at all. Fedora and Arch-based distros will be among the first to get it, though. If you don’t get it, the security fixes will be backported to your system’s kernel, so you won’t be at risk, but you won’t get newer hardware support, which is fine if your computer works now.
