dawxxx666, it was that... shame on me! I love your foobar, for sure!

But I've got a little problem here:

Some buttons don't appear.

testac1.th.png

Thanks in advance.

Buttons don't appear because some images are in folders from my older versions of this foo.

My bad, so I uploaded all images:

http://rapidshare.com/files/24457612/images.rar.html

BTW: Here's my new version of foo:

I'll upload it in nearest future :D

I have an idea.

Zip/.Rar your foobar2000 folder, and upload it for download, since I have no idea how to mod foobar myself. Would the file be too large? There are many looks I want, but it's too confusing.

There is one config upped already up there, so i take that you want us to download it and uncompress it in your PC also?

Please take a second, read, inform urself, and dont give up that easily ??

That would violate the licensing terms. He doesn't want people distributing entire installs.

I meant the images, the config, the component things. I don't know how to configure it all or know where to put it. And when you see that stuff like "$images//data"foobar200/folder" it's so confusing.

Well, all the stuff is availale for download for free anyway, you're just supplying it all in one file, so we place it in /foobar2000 and boom, it's done. That's illegal?

You'll have to forgive me, I'm a total noob with foobar, but when I installed (well, tried to install) your config I ended up with this:

http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y57/Deep_...rsation/wah.jpg

How can I look through my song directory like in your screenshots? It's probably really obvious but I'm just a beginner.

Open foobar > ctrl+P > Media Library > Music Folders > Add (add your music folder). Then all your music will appear in the Browser tab.

Rightclick in the Single Column > Playlist > *Browser* to view it. You can return to your Default tab with the same rightclick.

Tips: ctrl+P > General, check Always send to playlist: Default.

Open foobar > ctrl+P > Media Library > Music Folders > Add (add your music folder). Then all your music will appear in the Browser tab.

Rightclick in the Single Column > Playlist > *Browser* to view it. You can return to your Default tab with the same rightclick.

Oh right, thanks. It's just that my library was displaying in the other configs i used.

Thanks again. I'll try this out.

Okay, so I tried this but I still can't get the browser panel up - I still only have this.

Also, the right-click thing in the single column (I assume you meant the bit displaying the song information etc) doesn't bring up a "Playlist" option.

Any help is appreciated.

Who's "he" ? The maker of foobar? O_o

While I'm in this thread, how do you remove Duplicates from your playlist? When I click it, it doesn't work. I see like 3 of the same title song.

No, he is not the maker of foobar, he is one of the few who takes time to read the EULA (End User License Agreement)

No, Bawx was asking who this "he" is that bangbang said doesn't want people distributing entire installs.

Yeah who this the guy that doesn't want to distribute it? The maker? That wouldn't make sense.

Honestly, there's got to be be an easy way to make foobar look like these cool screenshots.

Edit: Dom, why are you so angry? I can sense a lot of sarcasm and anger in your posts. Get a life.

I'm not sure why he wants it that way, but he does, and you agree to it when you install foobar2000. If I had to venture a guess, I would say protection of his work and protection of more the naive end users.

some images are useless, no? (ex: Kopia headphone3.png, headphone4.png, etc. into dawxxx666\white)

and do we need "cwb hooks" and "vis egoh"?

Heh, i know but i didn't have much time  so I've inserted full folders

"cwb hooks" for repeat button

"vis egoh" for nothing :p You are right, I forgot that now, in my foo, I have only spectrum analyser

Plugins needed for sure:

foo_ui_panels.dll

foo_cwb_hooks.dll

    • JetBrains is working to cut false positives in RustRover 2026.2 by David Uzondu Recently, JetBrains released the fifth EAP build of its dedicated IDE, RustRover 2026.2, bringing improvements like a Run gutter icon for criterion_main! macro benchmarking and a feature that alerts you when there are unused traits in your current scope. Now, the company is out with a blog post addressing one of the "most common" complaints from users: false positives. In RustRover, a false positive occurs when the editor incorrectly highlights something as an error even though the project compiles and runs successfully. This mismatch flags a gap between the IDE's internal intelligence and the actual compiler. When the editor flashes red warnings over perfectly valid code, developers lose trust in the tool, which stalls momentum. Traditionally, RustRover runs cargo check to detect compiler errors and warnings, but it also relies on its own code analysis engine to power real-time features. To provide quick feedback, this engine parses your source code into a syntax tree while inferring types and resolving names as you type. Because this engine must work on broken, half-written code and react instantly, its logic sometimes diverges from the compiler's, producing false positives that do not exist in the compiler's eyes. JetBrains said that it has a "dedicated task force" focused specifically on identifying and fixing false positives by analyzing user reports and examining large-scale open-source projects. To speed up this process, the team built an internal system modeled after Crater, the famous Rust project that compiles and runs tests for every single crate published on crates.io. This automated pipeline compares the diagnostics from RustRover's analysis with actual compiler output to catch discrepancies before they reach users, ensuring smoother workflows. RustRover, for those who're unaware, is a dedicated IDE designed specifically for Rust developers. It's been around for a couple of years now, providing features like built-in debugging via LLDB, seamless cargo integration, advanced macro expansion, and HTML support. JetBrains distributes the app under two licensing models: a paid commercial subscription and a free option for non-commercial use.
    • Last year I bought the 2TB variant for $114 on Amazon. That's crazy that the 1TB is now 67% more expensive for half the storage, even with the newer T9 already on the market. And that's considered a good deal.
    • You can disable all non needed features from Brave. There is also Brave Origin which removes them entirely and it is free for Linux.
    • I wish I could use Brave but the tab suspension feature is horrible. It doesn't suspend them like Edge does. Even after 2h open with 70+ tabs (same as Edge), it has 2GB more consumption than Edge for no reason.
