Bad news... Bant has stopped theming

Most of you have probably heard (mods delete if this was posted somewhere else)... bant has stopped theming (in his deviantart page)... if you see this bant, just want to let you know man, your themes were great - probably the best windows themes :) But I respect your decision.

That sucks, I know his themes, very tight and clean. But I think he had some issues. Wasn't Ashen his? Just read at the comments about the theme. It looked like he had some emotional involvement with theming.

hmm... how to describe him? I don't know him personally... just as a theming icon...

He makes prolly the best visual styles (reluna, ashen, cursive, etc...) I think he can find it... then again, might not come back here (doesn't want to associated with theming community)

umm... he does all those visual styles, you know? I just wrote it in a previous post. If you don't customize at all, you don't know him. sorry but if you do customize your desktop, and you don't know about him, then you really aren't too interested in it.

besides, kinda rude to ask who he is, when this is more of a 'thanks for hanging around/making themes' thread... please respect that.

sad to see him go, i used all his vs's for at least a month at some point in time.

maybe he was ****ed because of the people selling themes on ebay...

he had great themes, cursive being my personal fave of his.

i've removed the downloads to my themes. it is time i take a step back from the theming community. I removed the downloads because i no longer wish to be associated with the customization community. most of you all are wonderful people, don't take this as a jab, i'm just done. tgtsoft and stardock are a disgrace to the customization community and should be challenged by another company immediately. there is money to be made in desktop customization, but not in the way the current dogs are doing it. don't note me about this. i won't reply, and i don't want you to take offense.

You know, bant is one of the best, Azure ( thanks giga too )is one of the best themes I have ever used. But I just hate how he is. Just because stardock and tgtsoft suck doesn't mean he should take it out on everyone else and remove his themes from da and such. I mean come on, it's not like we have control over those companies...
