WooHoo! Love it when they release a driver with many optimizations. Can't wait for the Omega's.

i cant wait for the omegas either. i bet ati hasnt fixed their issue with windows xp on hl games when using shift2. that is why i must use the omega drivers.

Absolutely typical. Every time I reformat my pc and set everything up the way I like it there is a new ATi driver within 2-3 days. This has happened for what must be more than a year now... :blink:

Just reformatted today, downloaded and installed ATi drivers, office etc, and when I loaded neowin it was on the front page, lol.

they are lways released ibetween the 7th to the 14th. just roformat on the 15th every other month and you wil be fine.

put off the formatting until after the 15th of the month (the latest a catalyst has been released) :)

At least they release regularly every month :)

OMFG Finally BF:V is fixed!!! anyone tried it yet?

Just tried them on BF:V.... I'm sooo happy they fixed that... does anyone know if the whole thing with the lag on some of the maps on KOTOR is fixed?

:blink: its not a function u enable, the game either has it or not. right now the only game that i KNOW of that has PS2.0 is far cry and it is because of it that the water on the game is all nice and shiny. I may be wrong and if i am someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

PS: been under a rock much? :p
