No! Not at the moment as the us version hasnt been released. It may be released soon for it, not sure.

Try reinstalling msn and picking uk if it give you the option, otherwise just wait as it shod come eventually but may not as football isnt that big in america

Try changing your Passport information so that your country is one of the 11 participating countries. You should then see it in your Fun & Games menu
