I had a problem last time i tried to get a new gmail for my friend... after i registered I got a page that says

Um... this link does not appear to be valid for Gmail

has anyone else got this ... this is the second time this happens to me... the first one was solved ( i don't remeber that i did anything significant ) however this time its not working... google accounts ( www.google.com/accounts) says that i have a gmail account.
