No, i don't think so early. But its almost ike public. Hm...they still lack Opera support, though it works perfectly (almost) with Opera 7.6 Preview 1. And it needs POP. And auto message fowarding, that will be nice. Sorry, no insult to you, but just stating comments.

I think its not ready. I agree with opera. and it doesnt let internet explorer 5 access it. Mozilla doesnt work with it much good either......And WHERE IS MY POP3....!!!!!!

None Taken. I agree it still needs some work.. It's just that not so many people would be on this whole Gmail bandwagon if it were available publicly. People want it for the 'oh i got gmail exclusive' feel. There are plenty other high storage email services out there. But only Gmail has this whole invite thing. Can't think of a better way to get to the masses. Just flood people with invites and watch it grow like a virus. Spreads alot more if it were private(or not so) I believe.
