rich_75034
Today I purchased a set of Apple Pro speakers. It wasn't until I went to plug them in that I realized that my old beige G3's audio out is not the required minijack. Can I buy an adapter? If so, where? Thanks :)
MipScript
Goto your average all things electrically related store and just ask for a mini to normal audio jack they will sort :)
Bling3k12
No, the Apple Pro Speakers used a special mini-jack (you can tell by looking at it compared to a regular audio minijack by clicking here, which is why they can only be used on computers with a Pro Speaker Jack... http://griffintechnology.com/products/ifire/ The iFire connects to any computer with FireWire and a mini jack audio output. It then provides power and audio to the Apple Pro Speakers. Now these great sounding beautiful speakers aren't just for iMacs anymore. Decide yourself if it's worth $40...
