Hotmail ups space to 25MB.

You're all wrong, G-mail isn't the largest, http://www.aventuremail.com is. But who needs more than a couple of meg anyway, honestly what is going to go in to it, programs? I mean even if you do send massive files most people won't be able to recieve them anyway if they are not subscribed to a large e-mail account.

but that server is often down

and it doesn't even allow you to attach files

so, what's the point?

unstable, has a bunch of problems (like for example accounts disabled without a reason), no file attachment......

using yahoo here,

the only reason i have a hotmail addy is so i could use msn..

back then i didn't know you could register any email to use in msn...but i just couldn' be bothered changing..

too much of a hassle e-mailing everyone tell them i had a new e-mail...

Microsoft and MSN aint that generous!!!!! But thye have to do something to compete with the rush!!

I actually heard that they (msn) in order to make an agressive unexpected move are going to reduce all e*mail accounts to 500Kbs storage size. No one will expect that !

.

i still can't login from any comcast account in the maryland area

it's odd

i'm ona verizon connection at work and it's fine

Yeah, I've been noticing a LOT of people with Comcast can't reach it, and it's been this way for almost 2 days now.

haha.. me too... got cheated in a way registering a hotmail account just for MSN messenger.

This would be great news... no longer will receive those, remove some emails.. your account reached the max emails from Hotmail services... :D

LOL wow that?s all they can do??? You would think that they would do maybe 150MB or something to beat Yahoo. Like common Microsoft all I ever see in my inbox of my hotmail/msn account is spam LOL everyday I have to remove the spam from my inbox. I get like 400 SPAM message a day in my MSN account.

If nothing else, Google at least deserves credit for starting the trend of larger email storage. The amoun of space my ISP gives me with my cable account has run out of space more than once and I've had to delete things. More space is always nice, and I'm glad Google jumpstarted this for all email providers.
