Fred Durst talks back to Avril

Recommended Posts

I am un idiot cause I said something about Tool? Wow. Thats horrible. I didn't even say anything bad about him. What if I was talking about Kirt?

And what makes you think that your feelings are better than mine? Did I even say anything about I feel more about this than you? I did not. Did I compare Durst to Maynard? I did not. Maybe you didn't understand my post.

You're an idiot because you thought it was ironic that I was saying celebrities have nothing good to say, yet I have a quote of Maynard in my sig. Thus, you were implying he had nothing good to say. Oh my, I never said my feelings were better than yours, I said don't compare them.

I've delt with you packing useless **** in your replies that had nothing to do with my posts, and over and over you misunderstanding my posts. If I had the choice to put words in your mouth or not, I'd just sew your mouth shut. Anywho, I'll take SD's advice and chill out.

I never said we shouldn't quote all celebrities either, that's you misunderstanding me again.

It is true that their albums have went down in quality. I like Results May Vary because its alot of slower songs, and I listen to it when I want to relax.

I have a few of their singles, "Let It Go" and "Armpit". I think that Armpit will be more like that the new album is gonna be like, but its not that great of a song. I like Let It Go, but, again, its when I want slower music.

When I want harder music, I will throw on KoRn or Mudvayne or something like that.

I agree, slow songs are what pulls this album from bad, to well, good type of thing.

Anyway, to all the other people here, I apologize for not making myself clear enough.

The thing for I think of Fred Durst intelligent wasnt what he asid here alone, but his behaviour complete in last coulpe of months (wel actually hes always been pretty smart, he would just ruin it doing stupid and childish things). The recent comments on Slipknots new album, his posts on his blog and plain talk to fans are really great (he even joined a fan-based lb site, which I think was really cool, I think nobody does that... And they should).

ps.

Im sorry Im so late with this, I havent been online whole last week.

And [saint dark] changed his name?!? :woot:

Its still cool, and that goes for his new sigavette.\

pps.

Bizkit, have you joined theARMPIT.net? Its a cool website.

    • Yeah, this is absolutely nothing new and EA have done it before. Burnout Paradise, released in 2008, had dynamic advertising billboards that were updated via the internet and targeted people based on location and what EA knew about them from their profile. It was particularly notable for the fact that the Obama presidential campaign ran ads in the game, in an attempt to reach a younger audience who didn't watch broadcast TV any more. It was by no means the first though. Battlefield 2142 from 2006 had the same thing. In fact, Neowin wrote a story about it back then. https://www.neowin.net/news/ba...-in-game-ads-clarification/
    • This is obviously aimed at the education where Apple has lost so much ground to Chromebooks in the last few years, but unless they come up with a comparable management system for education why would anyone switch back?
    • Here's how we arrived at that claim: Note that this is just Play Store downloads. The app is also available on the Galaxy App Store
    • Google Play states the app had more than 50 million downloads. What other metric do you suggest should be used?
    • MSN defined our generation in some ways, kind of like Snapchat and TikTok have done for future generations. I have great memories of the MSN era in the late 90s / early 2000s. In the UK everyone seemed to come home from School and go on MSN for the evening. We didn't really have mobile phones then, so other than going and knocking on your friends door it was a totally new way of interacting with people. I also loved how I could talk to people I’d met playing online games from around the world. Inviting people to NetMeeting and messing about with the shared white board and webcams was pretty fun, even if webcams only ran at a couple of fps over dial-up. All the random things you could do with MsgPlus! were really fun - I suspect that made a few people jump with /shello randomly blasting Mr Hankey out their speakers! Maybe I’m just nostalgic, however I do feel the internet and computers were more fun back then.
