DesktopWeather Beta 3

Question

DesktopWeather Beta 3 is available to download from my page Here. 3nd3r was nice enough to host me. The old site address will redirect you to the new site but be sure to update your favorites. DesktopWeather Beta 3 is now based on the Microsoft.Net Framework. You will need to have this installed in order to run DesktopWeather Beta 3. A link is provided on my site. Thats about it, but be sure to note the changes in DesktopWeather Beta 3 below. I hope you all enjoy and be sure to leave a comment or request at my site under the DesktopWeather Beta 3 post and/or here. Thanks.

Some changes:

-To move: Click and drag the Current Weather picture.

-To access menu: Double click or right click Current Weather picture.

Edit: 5 mirrors up for downloading.

For the people wondering about the high memory usage: .NET apps generally use a lot of memory; this is due to the way memory is allocated and deallocated. However, if your available RAM gets too low, the .NET runtime will automatically do a garbage collection, reducing the memory usage quite dramatically.

I was wondering how high the refresh rate can be set. When I go home in a few weeks from college I'm going from a T1 back to 24k. Is there anyway just to set it to manual refresh or refresh when connection is present? If not, that would be something I would request. Or maybe its easier just to set the refresh rate to whatever the max is and then just refresh it manually. However, the refresh rate would have to be able to go high enough.
