anyone noticed in recent builds, that firefox will eventually lock up, wont accept opening web pages, and you have to manually kill it? The last good build I came across was the 28/03 which doesnt do this.

I only had that problem with build 4/3. Build 4/4 seems to work pretty good for me and it's fast too !

I believe its related to this possibly, though searching the forums is near impossible :rolleyes:

If there is a patch available it would be nice if bandbang023 would add it for the time being, just to make trunk a just little more usable? :)

I've never had these lockups. I'm sorry, but I won't apply patches of this caliber, even if I could find it, for the simple fact that it strays away from my "most vanilla" release ethic.

This needs to be fixed soon, as it happens with sanitize too and I need to revert to 1.0.2 after trying 3 trunks.

Could it be that you are using a non-default skin? Most skins have not been updated for the new options window, so please use the default skin or one that has been updated like Littlefox (my favorite).
