Hawkeye Posted March 22, 2002 Share Posted March 22, 2002 Grand Theft Auto 3 has been confirmed for the XBox a while ago. It should be out not too long from now. As with all XBox games, it should have better graphics than the other systems, as well as a few additions that were not available on other systems. Here is a quote taken from the GTA3 for XBox preview page from Gamespot: The controversial franchise is on its way to Microsoft's Xbox console.Take-Two Interactive announced today that it is currently developing Grand Theft Auto 3 for the Microsoft Xbox console. No further details have been released at this time regarding whether the game will be a port of the PlayStation 2 version or when the game is scheduled for release. Paul Eibeler, president of Take-Two, stated, "We are very excited about the prospects for the Xbox and the opportunity to publish titles designed to demonstrate the unique features of this future-generation gaming console.''
