Currently we are using Java that load 'operator logo binary / color group binary' that stored on MySQL and send it as SMS format via HTTP Response GSM Operator & SMPP GSM Operator.
Currently we have no problem on sending plain text SMS or Mono Ringtones.
We have problems on sending Operator Logo / Color Group, probably we don't know what format should be used on storing operator logo / color group on MySQL. I've read Nokia Smart Messaging format, the hexa structure of operator logo / color group.
The Question:
Are there any good software that can convert bitmaps image to 'correct' hexa format that follows Nokia Smart Messaging format?
