i hated it that they said they were going to upgrade all users like a month ago and they did not....

ive had gmail for two months....and i gotta tell u, i hate having to notify every1 of the new account...but i guess its worth it. i do love gmails look and feel...and the usability.

anyways, it wouldnt harm me to have 200 mb on my hotmail account.

btw im on bay1... and still nothing.

no upgrade here yet either (cant check what bay it is just yet).

2 megs gets a little 'tight' after a couple of years but cant complain too much about it. though the fact that something like a space upgrade gets announced and a couple of months later, there's still nothing - that is rather unexpected (read 'irresponsible')

however, what's really annoying is the bi-weekly spam from hotmail staff (that you cant filter out) pushing you to buy an account upgrade for more space. that really *beep*s me off.

I agree. I'm fed up with being screwed by Hotmail. They spam me, and give me no space. 2 MB is just not enough. Not even close. I'd say 5 MB would be a good amount for me (would fill my needs).

I'm on bay 4 as well, still nothing. However, I did sign up for a new account when I heard that new MSN accounts were getting 2GB. I had 2 GB for about 2 weeks, then got knocked back down to 2MB :(

The upgrade is to 250 MB, not 200.

And what happened to the users who grabbed the free 2 GB and filled up their email box above 2 MB? Did it delete messages?

not impressed with customer services by chat & phone.

I was in a chat with pablo and he said it should of been done by now & he said for me to send msn an email,I asked if that would help and he told be probablly not.

I rang customer services and spoke to sum guy and he told me I had been misinformed about the upgrade & he kept talking over me & really couldnt wait to get off the phone to me.

the guy sed to me the upgrade will happen by the end of September for subscribers & by the end of the year for non subscribers.

as a loyal premium subscriber I'm rather p'd off by the customer support I have had & I deserve better.

    • I spent a good 15 min today trying to get new Outlook to use my default browser instead of forcing links into Edge. That kinda tactic is shady and it sucks.
    • Vivaldi 8.0.4033.42 by Razvan Serea Vivaldi is a cross-platform web browser built for – and with – the web. A browser based on the Blink engine (same in Chrome and Chromium) that is fast, but also a browser that is rich in functionality, highly flexible and puts the user first. A browser that is made for you. Vivaldi is produced with love by a founding team of browser pioneers, including former CEO Jon Stephenson von Tetzchner, who co-founded and led Opera Software. Vivaldi’s interface is very customizable. Vivaldi combines simplicity and fashion to create a basic, highly customizable interface that provides everything a internet user could need. The browser allows users to customize the appearance of UI elements such as background color, overall theme, address bar and tab positioning, and start pages. Vivaldi features the ability to "stack" and "tile" tabs, annotate web pages, add notes to bookmarks and much more. • Also try installing an alternative browser on ChromeOS. You have to enable dev mode and run it as a Linux app. Clunky.
    • sometimes in older bios' you had to set a password in order to change the csm settings
    • I've enjoyed Firefoxx64 DE for many years, and Edge doesn't tempt me, and I stopped using Chrome long ago--far too many bugs.
