Creating a AppBar?

Hey,

I am trying to make a program in Visual Basic .NET.

I have been looking around for some good complete tutorials that could help me with this. I want to be able to create an Appbar with things on it. Like a Search Option and things like that, with a few links to. But for right now, I am trying to find out how to just make the AppBar.

I just want it to be able to be dockable and moveable on my Desktop.

Any help, and helpful sites would be appreciated.

I don't know about VB.NET but I once used this tutorial to make an appbar in C#.
