Samsung SCH-A650 "save" problem.

Anybody that has an SCH-A650 (or any other samsung phone I guess) ever have a problem saving custom ringtone to somebody in your address book...turn off the phone and turn it back on and the phone changes it to another ringtone. ALSO...saving a memo or deleting one...turn off the phone and turn it back on and the memo was never saved ot the one you erased id back on it..I even get a "save" or "erased" confirmation. I'm pretty ****ed right now about this because of a memo that I saved that I forgot all about. I thought it was me at first...but after messing with the phone I now know it is the phone not saving settings. :angry:
