Firefox issue with vpn

I have a PPTP vpn connection set up in my network connections folder, and whenever I try to browse the web with Firefox it keeps popping up the connect dialog for the vpn :|

I can either connect it or click cancel and then Firefox carries on with it's job. This does not happen in IE (SP1 & SP2 tested).

Anyone got any idea what may be causing it?
