Command & Conquer 3

meh it makes sense to me; basically after RA2's WWII we end up pretty much the same way we are now except with slightly more advanced tech. USA and China are the main superpowers, and terrorists in the middle east challenge them. After the terrorists are defeated, they form with the Nod and begin to challenge the superpowers again. IMO it makes sense, and it's all tied in together. Granted, EA didn't do a good job of making generals feel like it was a part of the story, but I believe it was probably meant to be.

and that file above is pretty much amazing if you really take a look at it. Sure, it could all be made up, but even if it is it's an amazing story. With the ammount of detail though, I'd be surprised if it didn't come from somewhere near Westwood. :/

Official information:

C&C was published by VIRGIN INTERACTIVE ENTERTAINMENT

C&C:Red Alert was published by WESTWOOD STUDIOS

C&C:Tiberian Sun was published by EA

according to this, we can know the time EA bought Westwood should be between RA(Red Alert) and TS(Tiberian Sun)

I already posted about that above... read ;)

Enough of saying RA and C&C are separate! obviously none of you have paid attention to the actual story

you want proof? Here's like 10 pages worth: http://db.gamefaqs.com/computer/doswin/fil...nquer_story.txt

the entire C&C story laid out clearly. It's one big storyline, Generals fits in between the two franchises, and twilight comes after everything. China is even tied in.

Known Facts about The Brotherhood Of Nod -

Ratified - Exact date unknown. The religion proclaimed itself in the new world around

the late 19th century. Some exaggerated reports place its foundation

around the year 1800 B.C. Known as "Sha Ae Sheer" or "Path Of Nod" among

a number of traditional African tribes.

Ideology - To unite third-world nations under a pseudo-religious political platform

with imperialist tendencies. In actuallity it is a highly aggressive and

popular neo-fascist anti-west movement vying for total domination of the

world's peoples and resources. Operates under the popular mantra "Brother-

hood, Unity, Peace". The religious viewpoints of The Brotherhood Of Nod

focuss on an alledged Tiberian future for humanity, in which all followers

of Kane shall recieve "Divination" and flourish in every imaginable aspect.

Current Religious Patriach - The Brotherhood Of Nod operates under the leadership of

a mysterious, charismatic and highly dangerous person

known only as "Kane", whose IQ is believed to be over a

196. No forms of civil registration or birthcertificats

whatsoever have been found about him by neither Interpol

nor any other international investigation services. Be-

lieved to be a living Messiah and the son of Adam by a

great number of his followers, nothing is truly known

about Kane's origins or past.

Base of Operations - Globalized, command posts identified at Kuantan, Malaysia; some-

where in Ar-Rub'al-Khali, Saudi Arabia; Tokyo, Japan; Caen, France.

Main headquarters was located at the end of The First Tiberium War

in the vicinity of Sarajevo, Bosnia.

Military Strength - Initially considered to be a small terrorist organisation, a scandal

involving US and European defense contractors confirms beliefs that

The Brotherhood Of Nod is well equipped and has a large arsenal of

land, sea, and aerial military operations as well as highly advanced

technology of which is unknown where Nod derived it from.

Economic Strength - Considerable assets believed to be in excess of US $255.2 billion,

based on audits of seized financial records (see CIA docket 3231.54-

776 FIA). Economic strength stems from near-monopoly of Tiberium

harvesting in the late 20th century as well as cult-like money sei-

zure and money laundering with Russian, Cuban, Columbian and various

other maffia Cartels.

Political Strength - Believed to be the sole backers of the Fist of Allah party in Jordan

(52%); United We Stand America party in the US 12%); Albion First!

party in the UK (25+%), among others. (See Brooking Institution

publication A42962-94 for full discloser.)

Affiliations - Irish Republican Party; various Islamic Jihad groupations; Khmer Rouge;

U.S.S.R.; the People's Republic Of China; others. (See article: Brother-

hood of Nod Splinter Groups and Afffiliations.)

GENERALS AND RED ALERT 2 ARE NOT IN THE ORIGINAL COMMAND & CONQUER TIMELINE!

Ask anyone who's worked at EALA, EA Pacific or Westwood and they'll tell you that. RA2 and Generals are alternate universes (according to interviews done with Command & Conquer sites in the past). Red Alert [1] was Tiberian Dawn's (unofficial name for Command & Conquer) prequel.

RA2 and Generals are alternate universes (according to interviews done with Command & Conquer sites in the past). Red Alert [1] was Tiberian Dawn's (unofficial name for Command & Conquer) prequel.

how can RA1 and RA2 not be connected? have you installed the game recently? during the installation it pretty much gives you the whole story of RA1, then tells how RA2 is connected and sets up the story. That's the way I took it.

as for generals, sure there's nothing really concrete connecting the game, but it makes sense in the timeline, and things like the partical cannon/ion cannon were in both games, so it seems to me like they're connected.

Again: alternate universe. C&C happened right after RA. RA2 happened after it, too, but in a different reality, according to Westwood (when it was around).

Just because something makes sense doesn't make it right. Lots of things can make sense. Heck, you could argue that Warcraft III would fit in the C&C timeline somewhere -- it'd make sense, but it wouldn't be right.

    • DriversCloud 12.1.6 by Razvan Serea With DriversCloud (formerly My-Config.com), you can explore your computer easily, safely and free. The application quickly scans your PC and identifies the hardware and software components. DriversCloud then establishes a list of the different drivers compatible with your OS and hardware. Download the drivers needed for the proper functioning of your computer. To detect your drivers, DriversCloud also displays a detailed summary of your hardware and software configuration, analyzes your BSOD, monitors in real-time your PC voltages and temperatures and lets you share your configuration online. Once the hardware components have been detected, you will be able to obtain with just a few clicks the latest drivers corresponding to the identified hardware. You can record your configuration on the site for free, and can get the corresponding URL to post the configuration to technical forums, e-mail and social networks. You can also download the detection result (the configuration) as a PDF file. To protect the user's privacy and data confidentiality, a 4-level confidentiality system was created that filters the XML marks and gives control to the user. The default level can be modified in the preferences. Using the maximum level will prevent the user from publishing his configuration and generating a corresponding PDF file. In non-connected mode, each XML configuration is stored on the server for one day (for practical reasons). However, you are given the opportunity to manually delete it. Created in 2004, and continually improved, My-Config.com has established itself on the web as a free service to PC users running Windows and Linux operating systems. The service is designed to work with the most common Internet browsers (Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Safari).
