L3thal Veteran Posted August 29, 2004 Veteran Share Posted August 29, 2004 Well, that may not be true. Stats show that the last 59 rookie QB's who started from day 1 have all failed except 7! He needs to sit out most of this year and maybe next year he can start getting into games more often. Either way, the Giants do suck, so it won't make a difference if he's in the bench or not. I watched two of the Giants preseason games and I think Eli physically still looks like he is built a high school football player.
