I am trying Ares Lite out at the moment and it seems to be good. Not that much content yet, but with more people that will change.

as i said before and this quote says it; ares lite is awesome! excellent speeds, better than any other p2p i have tried so far so give it a try guys!

So i suppose the difference between Ares and Ares Lite is one contains spyware the other doesn't?

Ares Lite is a barebones version of its brother, built strictly for connecting to the network and exchanging files as well as providing essential chat support. The normal version contains the same functions, but also has an embedded media player and web browser. There is no spyware in either distribution, at least to my knowledge.

For bigger files or harder to find, I use emule. Also BitTorrent. I like Ares for audio. Not as much crap as FastTrack stuff.
