thanks for the great work schmoove.  One thing I noticed, my display is 1600X1200 and when i place the monitor all the way to the top right log out and back in again the monitor moves over to the left about 100-200 pixel or so.  It won't stay close to the edge where i leave it

Did you check the option "Remember monitor position"on the preferences tab?

Great tool !

But there's some bugs (dunno if they were already said, sorry) :

- When launching Battery Monitoring, it instantly eats 15 Mb of RAM. I then reduce all active windows (Window Key + D), then double-click its icon in the tray, then the memory usage is reduced to 1.8 Mb

- When clicking on the dektop, the metter disappears...

that's not a bug... it's due to the .net framework, there isn't much Schmoove could do to *fix* the problem...

ok

the program was working great and now i have an incredibly weird error

when moving the mouse over the battery monitor it locks the cursor to it and the monitor moves with it, but if you try to move it to fast it "comes un stuck" as it where

its really puzzling me :(

I know it can happen, I know why it happens.... but haven't been able to create a workaround yet. If you click on it it will release it though.

For now... just don't move it around too much ;)

Some issues, when I Hide Monitor it still appears the next time I ran it (a reboot). Anyway to let it stay hidden, as the system tray is good enough.

Another, how do I hide the one that's with XP beside using the "Customize Notification" to hide it. In the Power Meter I don't see an option to not show the meter. Thanks for the proggy and advices.

EDIT: The always show meter in the Power Meter options is already unchecked and the meter still load.

Hmm so no plans for updates/new skins?

This really is an amazing program.

If not, any alternative programs that are similar?

In previous posts here... schmoove said he's been too busy, so he will probably start working on things when he is no longer busy again.

It is a great application already, I've been using it since it was released and it is great :) so I can't complain..

Look I work all day (7:00 to 18:30, including travelling). I just moved and my appartment is a mess still.

I haven't hooked up my PC yet (writing this from work) and don't even have internet (yet) at home because of moving.

So.... don't expect anything soon.

Later when I got everything sorted out I will probably pick it up again, though I can't really say when that is.

@Ritalin:

About the skins. The format is very basic. Just a couple of PNG files and an XML file which needs no explanation. Anyone can freely make skins. So if you want more skins you can either make it yourself or ask someone to make it for you.

Again sorry for the lack of updates, but I just can't work on it at the moment..... my apologies.

Sorry guys, I didn't get a chance to search through the thread but did the memory resource problem get resolved? I remember seeing something about it being 300 megs or something like that... ?

Yes that has been fixed

I have a few days off next week and then I will release the version I have on my pc right now. It has some small bugfixes.

That will be the last version, since I started making a fancy virtual desktop manager. Therefore I don't have time to continue this... besides I don't see the need as it already does what it was supposed to do and it does it fine.

While the general look and aesthetics remain unchanged compared to the previous gen, the Gen 2 features redesigned wear-detection sensors, which accurately pause your music the moment you take them off. Additionally, the headphones now support lossless audio via a direct USB-C wired connection, letting you enjoy uncompressed sound when plugged into your laptop or phone. There is also spatial audio support (works wirelessly) for a more immersive audio experience and improved noise cancellation, which makes the QuietComfort Ultra go-to headphones for many users on long flights or other scenarios when they need to isolate themselves from the surrounding noise. The QuietComfort Ultra (Gen 2) also features Bluetooth Multipoint for seamless switching between two devices at once. As for battery life, you get up to 30 hours on a single charge (up to 23 hours when using spatial audio). Besides good audio quality and noise cancellation, the headphones should be comfortable to wear, thanks to the lightweight 250-gram design and soft protein-leather ear pads. • Started implementing weapons! Here's a little sneak peek! 👀 Animation was done inside of Unreal Engine using Control Rig! Really useful tool, I don't have to go back and forth between Blender and UE, you can basically make tweaks while the game is running.
    • Keep in mind Intuit has lobbied like crazy to keep taxes complicated so they can continue to sell tax software. They also got caught hiding their legally mandated free version so they could release a second one that pushed countless people into charges they didn't need to pay to file. Intuit leads the charge on inventing problems so they can sell you the solution and disrespecting you in the process.
    • Oddly, there was a time that UFC games were culturally relevant, largely because of the graphics and gameplay that was different than the norm. But it seems like as the sport grew in popularity, gaming outlets stopped talking about the games.
