if i had to choose between this and an Open Source OS, i would still choose this one because of all the issues that Open Source Operating Systems usually have.

coz it's sort of like a demo in a sense, but still useable though

after that, u can upgrade to the full xp home/pro

keep in mind that this is for starters to computers not for experienced users. so i dont want to see any polls that asks " will you be using windows xp starter edition "
