altezza Veteran Posted October 5, 2001 Veteran Share Posted October 5, 2001 Upon installing MS Plus and latest nvidia Detonator XP drivers, I have luckily create a restore point. After installing those, my computer was alright for the first couple of hours. The problem started when I was browsing using IE6 and blue screen appears. I restarted computer again and after an hour or so it happens again. So I decided to use my restore point and it really saved my day. My advise to you guys is to create restore point before you're going to install hardware driver or some bulky softwares. Hope I can share this with everyone in this forum.
