Is Kevin McHale still with the Timberwolves?

I saw a story about the new GM of the Timberwolves getting arrested for assault or something and I was like WTH?

I thought Kevin McHale was still in charge over there. Is he still with the team? If so, in what capacity? Some links in Google refer to him as GM, others as Vice President of Basketball Operations.

Anyone know what up?

McHale is VP / and I dont think he has given up his GM job when the wolves hired Stack as the GM

Well, since this is about McHale and kinda about the GM position, thought this would be a great spot to post this interesting article.

Jim Stack, the Minnesota Timberwolves' new general manager, has been convicted of misdemeanor battery after a confrontation at a youth baseball game.

Stack was convicted Friday in Cook County, Ill., of punching a coach at a tournament July 4 in Schaumburg, Ill. He was sentenced to a year of court supervision and ordered to visit terminally ill children at a Chicago hospital in December.
