Shyatic Posted September 16, 2004 Share Posted September 16, 2004 I know that the depth of knowledge on Slashdot is great and all encompassing, which is why I have a question that needs answering. I have been given some responsibility to research information that would assess risk in the technology we use in a corporate setting, be it cell phones, internet, remote access, etc. The goal here is not to assess the risk itself, but to research the *places* in which it would need to be assessed. So if cell phones were a risk, there could be some topics covered about why they are. What I am looking for is documentation that would show different areas of possible risk, and then to submit them. We would form a comittee to then go over each point in detail, in addition to what auditors have already done here. I only have a limited area of knowledge, so I know that I will be overlooking areas and that's why I'm asking for your help. Thanks a lot, will be most helpful.
