Beta 1 (2296),2462,2463,2465,2474,2481,2485,2495,2505 and 2526 and 2600 :D hehe I still have them on CD's too (i only have a piddley 56k), i have a few friends with fast connection so i asked quite a few favours ;) hehe. I started since Beta1 and never went back to using Win2k again. [f] Posted October 8, 2001 Share Posted October 8, 2001 i started with a build way back when.....god i dont even know the build number....it was about a year before rc1 was around, something liko 2023 maybe?...god i dont remeber. it was so close to windows2000 that i just formatted that drive...and thought i had been fooled lol.....but i hadnt. there were afew new icons and whatnot around, with themes turned off by default (in fact i didnt find that out until after i had formatted, i would have turned them on had i known) afte rthat it wasnt until beta1 that i tried it again......and been on top of it since then.... beta2 i ran for almost a month...that was one stable mutha after that i upgraded it every week or 2 as i could get my hands on new builds... best OS i ever ran...although QNX runs circles around it where speed is concerned. And all the builds after that, i used a CDRW, just erasing after that build and re-burning... Then when 2600 (Final) came out.. i burnt that to a CDR.. The ones that are bold are the ones that I have that the other kid (scuba) above didn't have. I got cable and hate to see bandwidth being wasted so i got them all and served too. Now there's nothing for me to download.
