Dumb question... What do you need to know to become A+ Certified?

know your hardware from th IRQ's and such, know what the basic PC hardware (whats inside the pc) and software , knowing your Windows OS's is basically what it takes

I've had my A+ for a few years now. I took it back when you had to know Win95, DOS, and 3.11. It's much easier now. Next month I'm going to a CCNA boot camp. 5 days of training and then the CCNA. I should be totally fried after all that.
