Does anyone know why the LOST logo animation every time shows little blurs of "black static" as the words "LOST" zooms past. I'm sure if it was a rendering mistake, they would have picked it up by now. Maybe, it was intentional.

and no, you dont get to see the monitor in season 1 episode 6. you do see it in the last 2 episodes in season 1.

No doubt that it adds tension, but I just don't see them killing off one of the main characters. I don't think they'd ever kill Kate, Jake, Locke, or Sayid. I personally think those are the absolute main characters that just won't die ... at least not yet :/
