"Lost" TV Show - Currently Season 2 (US aired)

Yes, I liked this episode also because there was some payback coming:

Charlie - Locke

Sawyer - Jack

I don't like Jack's character that much, he's to obsesive, to controlling. Also the same with Locke. I liked Locke because he knows how to survive in the wild and be one with nature, but dislike he's bossy attitude.

Now that Sawyer demonstrated more skill and smarts he looks like a cool character. Looking forward to next weeks episode.

Did anyone noticed the waitress???

ooh, I cannot wait to see if they get anything from that "Other" that they capture...Sayid is almost as cool as Jack Bauer.

Also, I bet the fact that they have one of the "Other" will **** off the rest of the "Others" and make them come after the camp...atleast that is what I hope. I am ready to see some action.

Also, where the heck is Mr.Ecko?

Holy crap did that episode rock. It had a good hurley part, kate was being hot, sucks that anna lucia started being a ###### again. Lock got made to look like a retard, and sawyer and charlie, both had some huge character "development". This was an amazing episode.

I wonder if this jackassedness will last with sawyer, it is possible that this was just reactionary but really, who knows. It seems like this could be a huge part of the coming story, but it could also be somewhat brushed off to the side.

Total speculation, but based on a podcast (i believe that's where i heard this) they say that Anna Lucia and Siyads interactions will further develop further into this season (tho they never really specify in what manner)... I think it would be interesting to see that when Siyad goes back into torturer mode on the fella they capture, Anna L steps in with her cop prowess and helps out with the interrogation, getting information that Siyad couldn't via his methods.

Might make for an interesting dynamic between the two if they find some kind of mutual respect.

Here is the trailer for next week's episode...can't wait!

One of Them

thanks.. they didn't show next weeks preview on CTV... (canada)

Here's the link to the Addicted to Lost thing

that was AWESOME!

I found the hurley part to be interesting, the 'or any time' when he was talking about the radio signal it could be insignificant but Sayid didn't seem to brush it off.

I think its just one of those comments to get you thinking, and will end up being proven wrong anyway. :p

So what do you think will happen when the counter reachs zero?

Nothing :) It'll either reset (hopefully not, as the warning sound will get really annoying) or just sit there waiting for someone to enter the code again. :)

Great Episode, I'm really starting to like Sawyer's character. IMO he's probably the most interesting.

Have anyone else noticed a recurring sentence in Lost?

"...Scott..."

"Scotts Dead. Thats Steve"

Whats going on with that? I've heard it quite a few times now :ermm:

I heard it once...tell me the situations in which you heard it, because I don't think it's been said for than once.

he got it from the inside scoop at abc.com from the picture ive seen the person who takes sun doesnt look like charlie more like ethan so maybe thats wrong.

It's just a stunt double. They have to take some 'creative' liberty with the show. Would you trust an actor to bag and drag you?

<snipped>

This guy is trolling. A mod needs to check into this....

    • Microsoft's fast coding model MAI-Code-1-Flash comes to Copilot Business and Enterprise by Karthik Mudaliar Microsoft’s recently announced MAI-Code-1-Flash model is now generally available to GitHub Copilot Business and Copilot Enterprise customers. With this support, organizations can have more centralized policy controls and billing while finally being able to use Microsoft’s lightweight, first-party coding model. According to GitHub’s announcement, Business and Enterprise plan administrators must enable the MAI-Code-1-Flash policy in Copilot settings before developers can access the model. Microsoft says that MAI-Code-1-Flash is for fast, iterative coding work rather than the most demanding architectural or debugging tasks. GitHub’s official model comparison page says that the model is great for "general-purpose coding and writing," while it excels at fast, accurate code completions and explanations Microsoft introduced MAI-Code-1-Flash on June 2 as part of a broader collection of internally developed MAI models. GitHub subsequently expanded support to Copilot CLI, the Copilot cloud agent, GitHub.com chat, GitHub Mobile, Visual Studio, JetBrains IDEs, Eclipse, and Xcode, but said support for managed Business and Enterprise customers was still on the way. In Microsoft’s own benchmark testing, MAI-Code-1-Flash scored 51.2% on SWE-Bench Pro, compared with 35.2% for Anthropic’s Claude Haiku 4.5. Microsoft also claimed that the model used up to 60% fewer tokens on SWE-Bench Verified. Do note that these are vendor-run results rather than independent measurements. The model is billed at provider list pricing under GitHub’s usage-based system. GitHub currently lists MAI-Code-1-Flash at $0.75 per million input tokens, $0.075 per million cached input tokens, and $4.50 per million output tokens. For organizations, the main incentive to use MAI-Code-1-Flash is likely to be efficiency rather than maximum capability. A smaller model that responds quickly and limits unnecessary output is quite useful for repetitive agent tasks at scale, especially after GitHub Copilot’s move toward usage-based billing. The "Flash" model is recommended for fast work and not necessarily for huge repositories with loads of context. It's better if teams compare their output with other larger models, especially if they're working on security-sensitive changes and complex, multi-file work.
    • yes AND no the "original" or plain/normal Optiplex 7010 won't be getting any more new firmware updates BUT the Optiplex SFF/SFF Plus {small form factor}, Micro/Micro Plus & Tower/Tower Plus 7010 editions DO get new updates such as this new one   and here are similar guides from the Dell web site for Dell systems: https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000390990/secure-boot-transition-faq https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000347876/microsoft-2011-secure-boot-certificate-expiration
