All round interesting episode. Jack is just becoming amazingly retarded in his ways of logical thinking and unless the producers/writers are playing a trick the captured person isn't making any sense. The formulation of Sayid's sentances are becoming annoying as well - in reference to his conversation with Charlie at the end...I just got bored of hearing him constnatly wanting to tell things like "I beat him" -- that just isn't a conversation starter.

Oh and what is the point of using Spoiler tags honestly? If people don't want to read things ABOUT THE EPISODE JUST AIRED they can stop reading the thread, simple.

Oh and nice synopsis Laz earlier. Was exactly how you said it would be.

Oh and if anybody wants to see the symbols from a proper screen capture without some stupid advertising for some site on it here you go:

I think the computer activates something big because i heard the sound of a machine starting up when the countdown reached 0....

I don't think he was telling the truth.. did you see the look he gave sayid when jack stopped him. he mocking him. He is an Other..

i can't believe someone actually thought he was telling the truth (in real life...i can understand in the show...but how someone watching the show can think he was telling the truth is beyond me)

Absolutely brilliant episode!!

This totally makes up for the one with charlie and the baby :x

So many new ideas....brain spinning..........

I was literally yelling at the TV when Locke entered the numbers and the clock reset to 0. Excellent work to the person who discovered that heiroglyph image. I think that this time the fans have busted wide open one of the secrets. Of course....."cause to die" is just as ambiguous, but what the hell.

Can't wait 'till next week!!!
