"Lost" TV Show - Currently Season 2 (US aired)

maybe there are plenty of surprises

you don't know the storyline or whats to come

do you know Prison Break? well writers have that planned for 3-4 seasons..if they can do that why can't Lost which has a broader set of directions and content?

point taken, however i cant name a drama that i enjoyed that went over 2 seasons... If you can name one please let me know (bearing in mind im an english).....

ofcourse this doesnt mean that lost will be the same, but everything has a shelf life. The only reason for it going on for more than two seasons is money....

to keep me interested after this season, things will have to dramatically change in terms of the storyline ( i.e. create a new one), because as an avid watcher i want a conclusion to the current goings on pretty soon....

not even 24?

It is like wine, gets better with time.

Can't you guys go and firebomb the ABC's letterbox or something?

And I'd say 3-4 seasons of Lost would be enough... 2 would be rushing things.. 3 probably just right and 4 if theres still alot of ideas that they want to explore.

im so sick of the breaks.. i need some tv's what stay strong, and play shows once a week.. Family guy is getting really bad. Prison Break.. YA the 6 month break.. SO LAME

hell that would make perfect sense considering the chance that station had the "incident", then it was closed down and they started over and succeeded(i guess)and made the 6 stations we know now.

this is from the arrow station http://lost.cubit.net/pics/dharmaLogo2.html

also what are peoples thoughts on the underwater hatch?... http://lost.cubit.net/pics/lostShark.jpg

the shark must of come from somewhere and im prediciting underwater base and an entrance is either in the forrest or you have to swim to it...but that may explain where the cable came from that lead to danielles shelter?

None of them links work for me ar kid. :(

Ok this is just a Theory but I think I figured out why there is a one Month break in the action from LOST...

There is something that happens here in the states in March every year called MARCH MADNESS, that is when all the College NCAA Basketball teams have there regional and National Tournaments... The Regional Tournaments start around the first week of March and then the 64 team National Tournament Starts on March 16, 2006... Now I don't know if ABC is running coverage of the NCAA or not... But they might have figured that they shouldn't and couldn't compete...

Anyways I may be completely off base here, but like I said it is just a Theory....

But he has a point that guy might have some relevance ... he could speak in Sayid's language so why didnt he try to negotiate with the Iraqi commander or torture him and what he said when he let sayid go was random, thats when i thought hmmmmmmm :p

That was the point.

He could speak Iraqi/Arabic however let Sayid do the dirty work he was either testing him or training him, me thinks

I LOVE LOST!!!!!!!!

There is no Polar Bear in her arm it's a towel

You're probably right. The reason there was no new Lost this week was because of American Idol's 2 hour episode, so the upcoming 4 week break is most likely due to the NCAA tournament, whether ABC is airing games or not.

Could this mean that the theory about Locke's father being the con artist is true?

    • Microsoft kills AI-powered history search feature in Edge by Usama Jawad In June 2025, Microsoft began rolling out AI-powered history search functionality with Edge 138. The idea was simple: allow customers to use natural language phrases and synonyms to find their desired history items rather than matching keywords exactly. Although the company had already rolled out this capability in a phased manner, it has now decided to cancel it. In an update on its Microsoft 365 Roadmap, Microsoft has announced that it has decided not to move forward with AI-powered history search. The company has not detailed the exact reasoning behind this move, but it has apologized to customers for the inconvenience. The move is rather interesting as it seemingly could have improved user productivity. Edge users wouldn't have to worry about typos or exact keywords, and just focus on what they were trying to locate in their browser history. Microsoft had also assured users that an on-device AI model would be leveraged for this functionality, and no data would be sent to the cloud. IT admins also had the ability to control its availability through the EdgeHistoryAISearchEnabled policy. When the feature began rolling out last year, many of our readers called it creepy, noting that they couldn't trust Microsoft to keep their data on their device. Others also questioned its usefulness, saying that it's simply a way for Microsoft to insert more AI bloat into its products. Although the Redmond tech giant had stated that it will be more mindful about surfacing Copilot features in Windows 11 apps, we later discussed how this is mostly a rebranding exercise rather than an actual axing of AI functionalities. Indeed, a Microsoft executive later emphasized how they want to reshape Windows for the agentic AI era. That said, it does seem like at least AI-powered Edge history search isn't a part of that vision.

    • Not likely, of course, that we will see routine citizenship checks as they only involve compliance with existing federal voting laws already on the books for decades. This seems a non-issue entirely. Only fools would have the government rush headlong into an AI program few can understand or predict, or even debug...
