How do you even know Sony PSP will "own all"... have you seen it? know what games are coming for it? does Sony have a good track record with portable game systems?

Just another example of the "lemming effect" these Sony PSP advocates have. Proof is in the pudding my friend, we shall see.

Maybe a better statement would be "I hope Sony does as well as Nintendo has done the last 15 years."

How I know PSP will destroy DS. Sony has more money to market it. PSP is aimed at Teens/adults for obvious reasons. Nintendo is aiming this at kids, and how many parents are really going to re-buy this? Almost every kid 4 and up have a GBA/GBA SP. Any adult that buys DS is sad and trying to relive their childhood in the future by playing babyish games that have been remade too many times. Since this is aimed at kids how smart was it to put touch screen in there? Those screens are so fragile its not even funny. Example, drop your PDA, what usually happens? The screen goes black. Kids are clumsy, they will drop it. Nintendo will go through hell replacing those screens, eventually dropping the touch screen or stopping DS production unless they are stupid. Again babyish or remake games! Agh so bad. one stop point is battery life, that is one thing nintendo does well. (and price of course)

PSP should and looks like it has a stronger fan base (PlayStation junkies). Strong games line up, even if its small. GT4, Twisted Metal, Metal Gear... Etc. No one knows PSP's price yet. Who knows, it may be $200? Maybe it will be $299? You never know.

Nintendo will continue to market its popular Game Boy Advance SP ($80) alongside DS. The two products, he says, are aimed at different markets: Advance is designed to appeal to early teens; DS is expected to draw 18- to 20-year-olds.

:whistle:

I don't even know what to say about that.

Basically your whole post could be summed up as this;

"Blah blah blah kids, blah blah blah babyish, blah blah blah they stupid, blah blah blah Playstation is cool so there."

Your clearly a nintendo fanboy.. I have a gamecube, n64, GBA SP, gb pockey, gb, gb color, snes, nes. They did great until gamecube. They just, flopped since gamecube game out. All the stuff they do is just retarded. They ruined mariokart on gamecube, and luigi's masion? Wtf are they thinking? Mario Sunshine? More pokemon? The only thing nintendo has done right IMO is metroid, that was the reason I bought gamecube. Metroid is awesome, but other than that nintendo is dead to me. If you look at DS's line up there is no way in h3ll it is aimed at 18-20yr olds.. No way. Nintendo puppy... come on!

i want a ds... i have no interest in a psp..i don't know when i will be able to afford either of them.

psp will do well, because most people think like liquid. what he says is what he believes, and if nintendo can't sway his thinking, they probably won't win this handheld war. if the majority thinks and acts like he, that is the market that should be sought after.

Nintendo have problems getting enough screens for there DS, it looks more clunky.. I think people are getting a bit sick of a new Game Boy every year. Atleast if sony take over we could have the PSP for 2 - 3 years without some PSP-SP-DC-v2 .. :rolleyes: Plus PS2 games rock and to be able to play same games we all love on PSP! well no more needs to be said except PSP + Sony will own GB-DS + Nintendo.

[EDIT] The Nintendo DS is aimed at 18 yearolds :huh: Nintendo are crazy that design is worse then the N-Gage.

I'm going to play the waiting game on these handhelds. Ever since they've been announced, I've had no interest in either one of them, but I'm sure I'll end up getting at least one of the two. Just depends on what handheld offers the most engaging games (regardless of what age group they're aimed at)

    • Microsoft's Copilot Cowork now generally available with usage-based billing by Pradeep Viswanathan Back in March, Microsoft first revealed Copilot Cowork, a new agentic AI experience in Microsoft 365 Copilot through which users can assign tasks to AI to complete in the background. After testing the service with a limited set of customers in Research Preview for a few weeks, Microsoft announced the general availability of Copilot Cowork to customers in the Frontier program on March 30. Today, Microsoft announced the general availability of Copilot Cowork worldwide for Microsoft 365 Copilot customers. The company also highlighted that Cowork became the fastest-growing feature in the history of its Frontier program. Unlike regular Copilot Chat, Copilot Cowork can run complex, long-running, multi-tool tasks from start to finish in the cloud by using organizational context through Work IQ. When compared to Claude Cowork, Microsoft claims that Copilot Cowork will be 30% to 40% cheaper on average with its Microsoft 365 connector. For now, Copilot Cowork runs on Anthropic models, including Opus 4.8 and Sonnet 4.6. However, Frontier customers can now use GPT-5.5. Microsoft also announced Cowork 1, a secure fine-tuned model coming in the next few weeks, which is designed to handle everyday Copilot tasks at a lower cost. To access Copilot Cowork, a Microsoft 365 Copilot user subscription is required. Usage is billed separately through Copilot Credits, based on model use, context retrieval, tool calls, and runtime. Pay-as-you-go pricing is set at $0.01 per Copilot Credit. To offer IT teams full control over usage costs, Microsoft provides spending limits, usage alerts, user-level controls, reporting, and prepaid usage plans for organizations. Usage-based billing begins today. However, Frontier customers who used Cowork between March 30 and June 16 will not be billed until July 1, 2026. The Microsoft 365 Copilot app now includes a toggle to enter the full Cowork experience. Microsoft is also adding partner plugins, with Enosix, Harvey, LSEG, Miro, monday.com, Moody’s, Morningstar, S&P Global Energy, and TeamsMaestro available now. Adobe, Atlassian, Box, Canva, Databricks, and others are coming soon.
