frankly it's such a wonderfully complete theme already - i'd be satisfied if he submitted it as-is and called it final

i have yet to find a single problem with it - it's just too sexy, too usable, and nowhere near appreciated enough!

Guys the project is not abandoned, it's just that a lot of things has been happening in my business life. I got a full time consulting/creative management job at one company, business with my own company has been growing like crazy and there's little time for a lot of stuff (including Infini8 project). In addition stupid TGTSoft won't fix the crashing/applying problem with StyleBuilder and I don't have to time at the moment to deal with that as well.

Unfortunately, the new styles and Modern Age final style will be postponed until further notice. i don't want to promise any time intervals, like before and get people's hopes up, but I can promise that it will be done for sure.

Until release, have a great Christmas guys.

I wouldn't sweat it man. The beta is very usable, as many will testify, and I think you've done a great job thus far.

I've noticed on my laptop that in SP2, the Wireless Connection window is messed up. I searched the thread to see if it was mentioned before and it was, but no screenshot was provided, so I've attached one below. :)post-65546-1104869704_thumb.jpg

I've had this same problem with other themes. The only one I can name off the top of my head though is BlackOut - Blues from dumbassjones.com.

      All it does is use the CPU more efficiently during boot to speed up boot times. That's it. Yawn....

      It's not a one or the other kind of thing. Software should run efficiently, and the operating system should appropriately manage the CPU clocks. You could have the best most optimized software on earth, and it will still run faster if the CPU does a better job of boosting as needed. All this is doing is pre-boosting the CPU based on user actions, instead of waiting for the normal detection mechanism to kick in. If the OS knows it is about to need more CPU, why shouldn't it use that knowledge? It's the same idea of downshifting before you try to pass someone, instead of just burying your foot into the peddle and waiting for the transmission to figure out what you want to do.

      There really isn't anything magical about the low latency profile, other OS's do this as well. All they're doing is using your CPUs boost clock options in a more smarter way.
