I CAN'T post here !!!! what's going on?

I'm having problems to post here ! What's going on ?

Everytime I login to post my browser takes me to a page telling me I don't have permission to post here, but I'm registered here already ! What's the problem?

this may be a long shot..but maybe the d00ds gotta log-in first... :ermm:

y'see when u delete your history in your browser the cookies saved on your HD is wiped..hence..requiring you to log-in again.

Yes but what he described doesn't sound much like he simply needs to log on again once, it sounds like several times and something about not having permission. More info is needed, as always.

Nope, they will not be wiped out.

But there is a seperate button in IE6 (dunno about earlier versions) that says 'Delete Cookies' so you could use that.

Hey ! that is not a joke , the fact is when I try to post I can't .

I have to try several times (like 10 or 12 times) until I get the way to post . When I type my user name and password and click next button, I get a meesage telling me "thanks .....welcome to the forum or something like that", but, the page I finally reach is the LOGON page I reached first and I have to login again and again .

That is fustrating man ! I don't know what I did wrong here .

I only have been able to post like 3 or 4 times here because that problem ! So I wanted to get a right answer here !

Alright but have you tried what someone suggested about wiping your cookies?

I think otherwise only an admin can help you out.

I am occasionally logged out of the Neowin forums. I don't change any settings yet it will sometimes just log out. Dunno if this is just me 'abusing' the forum or if it's a serious problem, but it doesn't bother me.

sagan, please can you help me out with your problem, you dont have permission to post here, here being the forums or the news comments??? when you log in is that using the VBB page, or the login script i have done, eg https://www.neowin.net/login.php if you can help me on these issues i may be able to help you with your problem
