He's is called Michael Ball and is a singer/entertainer. Does a lot of (london)west end shows. He does look kinda gay though.

I gave my mother a subscription to webshots desktop for Christmas last year... while I was at it I took advantage of the ability to download all the highest quality images all the time and literally downloaded everything on their site, excluding the community pictures... so I've got 1.06 GB worth of wallpaper and I change it too often to make it worthwhile posting one. :p
