lsdn Posted November 5, 2004 Share Posted November 5, 2004 My ISP just changed my RCA DCM 305 cable modem with a Scientific Atlanta EPX2203 cable modem. The new modem also offers two telephony ports (Packetcable/TDMA if I understood correctly). The problem is that with my DCM 305 I was able to see the diagnostics page of the modem on the following URL: http://192.168.100.1 and it gave me SNR, Upstream Power, Downstream and Upstream Freqvency + an error log. Is there any way to access the diagnostics page on the EPX2203 ? Does this modem has such a feature ? I've tried DOCSDIAG, but the ISP denied SNMP from the client side... I've read the manual of the EPX2203 on Scientific Atlanta's web site but nothing... (http://www.scientificatlanta.com/products/consumers/userguidepdfs/webstar_userguides/2203A.pdf) Please help.
