CPLEXE.EXE?

I have a few sites I goto that require the Japanese language pack. I usally don't instasll them but today I figured I would. A prompt came up telling me to insert my XP CD so it could find CPLEXE.EXE but it didn't. I looked around but can't seem to find this file anywhere. Can anybody help me? :D

Enter your WinXP Disk, goto the Control Panel, click "Regional Settings" (Or Regioanl and Language Options), click the "Languages" Tab, then CHECK the "Install Files for East Asian Languages"... This should resolve your problem. Unfortunately, This will install Chinese (T & S), Korean and Japanese. If you are looking to only install Japanese only, CPLEXE.exe is located in the "x:\I386\LANG" folder, however, the files are compress, and need tobe extracted, prior to use. This can be done using the EXPAND command in command prompt. I hope this helps.

Oh man I'm an idiot. I have multiple partitions on my hard drive so the drive letter to my DVD Rom drive is F well the install was looking for it in D and I just now noticed that. So it installed and everything is cool. Thanks for the help anyway! :D
