Anybody has the catacombs song from Diablo 1 ? it was the one with the electric guitar riff in it. I'm pretty sure it was in catacombs.

I've tried google and all results are for MP3s of the diablo 2 soundtrack.. and emuparadise.com has all the diablo 1 song except that one :pinch:

if you have diablo 1 the game. go on google and search for "MPQ view diablo 1". it's a program that allows you to extra anything from the ".mpq" files on your diablo cd. same applies to diablo 2. all the music/soundtracks are ".wav" which are contained inside the ".mpq" file

Here's the best D1 music rip that I've found. Supposedly ripped from DIABDAT.MPQ > WAV > MP3. I also have a rip that has two extra tracks ("The Nest" and "The Crypt") in V1 (LAME 3.91), but track 5, "Caves", is broken and it's been resampled to 44100 Hz. I'm assuming that the original sample rate is 22050 Hz, considering the source of my V0 rip and other rips (including Hellfire) have a sample rate of 22050 Hz. Though, I'll up the V1 rip if you like.

Anyway, here it is...

Encoder: LAME 3.97 / -V0 --vbr-new

Quality: 90 kbps / 22050 Hz / Joint Stereo (tracks 1 & 2), Mono (tracks 3-6)
