profile problem

hey all... I was just trying to install some search engine into firefox, and it kinda froze (not really, but it took a lot of time to do it) so i wanted to stop it and closed the window. when i tried to open a new window, a meesege poped up forcing me to choose a profile. when i chose my profile, it said it was in use and i could't open FF with it. so, i'm forced to use the defaullt one. how do i switch back?

Go to your task manager and close all the Firefox processes you see. That will fix the problem.
