outlook 2003 title

hey,

is there a way to change the title of outlook 2003?

i have looked through all the .dll files it uses, and the exe itself... all the stuff i have changed, but there is some stuff in hex code in reshack that im not gonna touch... but apart from that i don't know how 2 change it... i know that in outlook express there is a reg. hack to do this... is there one for outlook as well?
