casperianknight
Pop up blocker - I am currently using the one that comes with Internet Explorer in Windows XP SP2. As for a firewall, the best free one I can recommend is Sygate personal - as stated above. It is fantastic. Another free one, although I have never tried it, is the one that comes in Windows XP SP2. Cheers C.

PseudoRandomDragon
Firefox's popup blocker. ZoneAlarm Free.
lnmnky
Kerio 2.15 Been using it for a while now thanks to the many recommendations on here. Nice and light. Pop up blocker, I use Firefox, but before that SP2 was enough. Hell, even the firewall in SP2 is enough to stop most worms and junk.
