war Posted November 26, 2004 Share Posted November 26, 2004 Simply do what it says. .chm is a Compiled HTML Help file. Now what it did not tell you is that you need to open it with Microsoft? HTML Help Executable. That is c:\windows\hh.exe. Just easy way is just to right click on the file and choose open with and open with hh.exe and make it always open with hh.exe. Or you can do what it says and first open my computer then click tools and then folder options. Then click the File Types tab. And go down to .chm. Click the only change button and browse to hh.exe. And make sure "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file" is checked. Then simply open the .chm file. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
