G4TechTV Canada hired Leo, so I don't think you guys are going to get him back. Right now, he does Call For Help up here, I am supposed to phone in to the show, but every time I call to schedule it, the manager of the show isn't there.

Well, the Canadian network could make some extra cash and sell the rights to simulcast it.

The only issue might be what happens where Leo's contract runs out. Does he stay loyal to the Canadian one or allow MSTechTV to woo him back to the states.

I don't have a lot of confidence that this is true (when has Comcast made a good decision during this whole process?), but if it is I do have faith Microsoft would keep it clean. They still have to worry about antitrust issues, so it's their best interest to keep it clean. MSNBC content didn't lean when they were doing tech stuff (The Site, Leo's first TV gig), then again I guess there wasn't much there to lean with.

Maybe they would do one show that's Microsoft content only, it probably would be labeled a paid program (kinda like what they've already done on TechTV, Microsoft Insider Live)

I haven't watched Tech TV since they took it off basic cable but this seems like it could go 2 ways if ti goes through, it could be biased and advertise nothing but Microsoft or it could be alot like things such as Entertainment Weekly which is owned by Time Warner but still trashes Warner Bros. Pictures and Records when they release bad stuff. I think if it has the right people running it, it should be okay.

well he is in canada, but he starting to get on my nerves, he is WAY too happy and seems like such a priss, and he is always bashing his co-hosts about how their websites suck and i just can't stand him. And now they got that gay kevin pererria as the host on the screensavers, and he can't even grow a decent moustache!. Kevin Rose has basically taken over Yoshi's spot and they changed so much that i almost never watch g4TechTV anymore.

I just recently got a dish, and G4TechTV with it, before they merged, did Tech TV have the crappy shows like Playaz, Sweat and Arena, or are they all G4's creations?
