Question

I used Fraps (www.fraps.com) to make a 5 second video of me and my friernd doing something in a game. Currently the file is 300 megs, at full res (10x7 screen) -- I would like to compress and resize this image so that I can host it on a server. How can I go about doing this with ONLY freeware??
Please help me out because I would like to get this done today :)
