It looks like your running an older version of the theme that was buggy and didnt apply sysmetric colors correctly .. redownload it and reapply the visual style it should display Whilte titlebar text with a shaddow.

If your not sure weather or not you have the older style go to your display properties -- Appearance tab and change the color schemes a couple times .. if the preview is corrupted then you have the buggy version if the previews for the color schemes look ok then you probably have a good version, also if you have saved this visual style as a .theme edit the .theme file with notepad and remove all the entries under [Control Panel\Colors] and save the file again .. then reapply the theme.

redownloaded it from the link in the original post and reapplied but its still the same.

took another grab, shows the other problem with the colours round File menu etc.

your defanatly having a problem with it not applying sysmetric values and colors.

you might try reapplying the visual style in the display properties rather than in stylebuilder cuz stylebuilder does things a little different when it applys a visual style over a theme.

and again if your applying the visual style over a personally saved theme you might want to edit the .theme file for it and remove the entries for [Control Panel\Colors] before you apply the visual style this will force windows to get the sysmetric values from the visual style instead of the .theme file .

I run into this problem with visual styles occasionally, i had thought is was a limitation of the theme engine that it couldnt handle lots of 32bit bitmaps or maybe doesnt like haveing too many images set to "stretch" to fill. im not exactly sure what the cause is but i thought i fixed it when i resized the taskbar images, at least it fixed it on my machine. so im guessing that its more an issue with resources than limitations of the theme enginne if your still haveing problems with it and im not ..

and i would be interested to hear if anyone else is having this problem too !!

if your not the only one ill go back to stylebuilder and strip it down some more untill it works for everyone !

that sorted it...just had to go to display properties > appearance > and select it again and hit OK

It's looking good in general, except for the start menu I think looks a bit dull and a bit "fat" combo box buttons. Otherwise it's really lovely buttons and title bars, and also a nice task bar.
